今日又想食燒味同雞粥,再來大圍新強記!同朋友都想食乳鴿+雞粥,但由於朋友麻麻場金銀蛋時蔬,所以無點乳鴿套餐,反而散叫點了叉燒!今次點了普洱茶,夠濃幾消滯。先上蜜汁叉燒王,叉燒半肥瘦剛剛好,食落夠淋。而且燒到有燶邊位,好香口,最正係成碟俾好多好多蜜汁,食到尾都仲有蜜汁,最怕坊間d叉燒乾爭爭又痴牙。紅燒乳鴿都係必選,乳鴿炸到熱辣辣,皮脆肉嫩。調味亦都十分夠,點埋少少椒鹽更惹味!招牌雞粥真係必點,記得幫我地走薑蔥!粥底充滿雞油香,質感綿滑,而又食到啖啖雞肉,出面難搵到咁好食,天氣凍凍地食一碗真係一流。最後唔少得有糖水,今次選了陳皮紅豆沙,粒粒紅豆,真材實料,都係一貫酒家懷舊味道,2人食了$300幾,好滿足!下次又試吓其他小菜先!

紅燒乳鴿都係必選,乳鴿炸到熱辣辣,皮脆肉嫩。調味亦都十分夠,點埋少少椒鹽更惹味!

招牌雞粥真係必點,記得幫我地走薑蔥!粥底充滿雞油香,質感綿滑,而又食到啖啖雞肉,出面難搵到咁好食,天氣凍凍地食一碗真係一流。
