To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今晚和羊媽媽撐枱腳,去了家傳滬曉。餐牌圖文並茂,各款食物看起來都幾吸引。先來一個涼菜,雞絲粉皮。雞絲偏少,但這不是重點;重點是那醬汁!味道偏淡,稀溜溜的,而且醬汁份量太少,不夠撈全部粉皮小籠包就不錯,包皮厚薄適中,不會太薄致一夾就破,而小籠包的湯汁亦鮮味濃郁黃金蝦是羊媽媽很喜歡的食物,如果不是我阻止她的話,我相信她可以一個人把整碟黃金蝦消化掉。這蝦的確煮得不錯,蝦肉爽囗彈牙,而咸蛋黃的外層則充滿咸香,吃罷真是齒頰留香最後來的是蔥油排骨拌麵,排骨炸得略乾,但蔥油味道濃郁,而且麵條有咬口,是一個好吃的主食。最後吃得太飽,未有叫飯後甜品,算是有一點小遺憾。
