To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

我成日聽人講呢間餐廳嘅叻沙好食。今日到開奧海城，順路過嚟專登試吓有幾好。餐牌上食物選擇其實唔算多，我要了一份海鮮大燴叻沙配熱奶茶。另外加多一份滿堂椰漿飯配凍鴛鴦桔仔話梅水。海鮮燴叻沙上枱果刻算有驚喜，幾大碗又夠香。食落口叻沙味，椰香味都非常濃香，但唔夠辣，湯底亦太過杰。配上米粉加油麪（摻摻）。海鮮選料算新鮮，有蝦，帆立貝，青口，魚旦等° 原隻蝦，蝦肉夠結實，爽口。相反滿堂椰漿飯比較平平無奇。椰漿飯香料味較重，椰香味唔夠。因唔食牛關係，改轉雞扒，雞扒肉煎得香脆，但味道幾鹹，再加上蔥油就更鹹。燒豬頸肉 ok。整體上成個飯味道算普通。
