To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 我被「牛角」這兩個字吸引,對於這裡的肉類有很大的信心,果然沒有讓我失望。當中有一道聲稱擁有16寸高的牛肉飯,因此我立即點了來試試,更可以選擇汁多少、飯少多少,做到燒肉有不同口味的感覺。實物比預期還要吸引,但我並不會去計算它實際上有沒有16寸,只是好奇底下到底收藏了些什麼。哇!原來肉層有兩層,之後是芽菜球,最後才是飯。整體來說非常豐盛,反而因為碗比較平底,如果你比較能吃,可能會感到飯不夠。至於味道方面,我選擇了多汁的口味,剛好,不過不要太乾。我會推薦大家都選擇多汁的口味,因為不會太鹹,反而汁少的話,我會擔心太乾。
