To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日我同同事收工，因為收得晏，所以你喺太古城呢一間餐廳度食晚飯，咁其實呢一間餐廳專係食新加坡菜，因為好耐未食過新加坡餐所以點都要試下。咁我同同事叫咗以下食品：文華海南雞飯: 咁呢一個海南雞飯我覺得個油飯幾好食，唔算太油但係個味道都幾香，嗰隻海南雞隻雞都幾滑，因為我叫咗雞髀食另外點埋佢啲汁嘅話，我覺得可以話幾夾。咖哩雞煲配白飯: 咁呢一個咖哩飯係我同事叫嘅，咁其實我試咗一隻雞同少少咖哩汁，感覺上雞都幾滑，而且佢個咖哩汁亦都幾香濃，佢嗰啲咖哩唔係日本嗰隻咖哩味而係比較新加坡或者港式咖哩嘅味道，所以我覺得係香港人嘅話係可以接受到呢種咖哩味嘅，感覺唔錯。最後我同同事飲埋杯凍奶茶食埋個椰子雪糕就閃人了，其實呢間餐廳我覺得海南雞飯幾好食，行過呢頭嘅朋友，大家可以試下。
