第一次食呢間灣仔的中茶小炒。餐廳環境裝修簡單整潔,樓梯中間仲有啲特色擺設。餐廳分上下兩層,老闆安排我地坐上層,比樓下靜啲。攞餐牌一睇,其實選擇相當多,仲有啲多人餐可以揀。我地兩個人嗌佐三個餸,分別係砵酒焗蠔、腐乳通菜炒鮮魷、同埋士多啤利香蒜骨。首先係炒菜上先,食落都算夠火喉,腐乳味唔算濃,反而辣味好出,夠惹味。鮮魷幾爽口。第二道士多啤梨香蒜骨,排骨炸得好鬆脆 ,粉唔厚。個汁好似生炒骨個啲,但無咁酸,有啲士多啤梨甜味。加埋菠蘿同洋蔥酸酸甜甜,配飯食非常開胃。最後係砵酒焗蠔。一煲四隻,好大隻,堅係美國桶蠔。蠔面沾佐啲脆漿再焗,所以食落有兩層口感,蠔身相當嫩滑,薑葱味配搭得啱啱好。如果砵酒味再濃啲就好。個人認為值得推介。仲有要讚一讚杯凍奶茶,茶味夠濃有水準。整體餸菜份量足,味道夠,價錢相宜,中上水平。老闆娘也很熱情有禮!~

仲有要讚一讚杯凍奶茶,茶味夠濃有水準。整體餸菜份量足,味道夠,價錢相宜,中上水平。老闆娘也很熱情有禮!~
