To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 翠華雖然係傳統老牌茶餐廳,但成日都有新嘢,九龍嘅分店有將軍澳同土瓜灣,位置都好就腳,加上新年期間我好多餐廳都唔開,咁啱去將軍澳親戚拜年前就去食個下午茶悠閒下午茶餐叫咗鹹牛肉炒蛋潛艇 $45 個包鋪滿白芝麻,看到外脆內軟,夾住豐滿嘅鹹牛肉滑蛋,正宗港式滋味午餐做到下晝五點,包羅宋湯、白飯同餐飲,叫咗鐵板蒜子雞扒配薯菜 $78 大大塊雞扒好厚肉又冇雪味,就咁食已經鮮甜有肉汁,再淋上蒜子汁超好送飯。而羅宋湯都係真材實料,大大塊菜大大嚿肉,酸酸甜甜好開胃。特別一讚特色精選套餐沙嗲牛腩撈麵 $63 比港式沙嗲牛肉冇咁濃味,將鹹甜有緻嘅沙嗲汁滲入腍滑嘅牛筋腩入面,再用嚟撈彈牙嘅鹼水麵,真係值得一試,非常出色餐飲其中一杯加咗$10升級老菜脯羅漢果茶,潤肺化痰又美肌,好香好足料!
