To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

去完旅行返到香港，一早已經訂左黎機場富豪食buffet, 可以落機拎完行李就行過黎食。我地12點半左右先黎到，全場都已經爆滿，大半都係本地旅行團。出到去想拎野食，點知見到八成既食物都畀d 旅行團掃晒...連想搵隻碟都難...咖哩海鮮無海鮮得返d 汁..豆腐花得返d豆腐碎...凍海鮮得返幾隻青口...沙津菜都可以清光！要等成團人轉戰甜品既時候我地先有少少野食...好失望！下次book 之前要問下佢地有無旅行團，有就真係唔好黎！
