To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 呢期🐤🐤好紅哦!根據《本草綱目》:「鴨肉主大補虛勞,最消毒熱,利小便,除水腫,消脹滿,利臟腑,退瘡腫,定驚癇。」中醫有認為,鴨肉有養胃、補腎的功效,能清熱、消腫,尤其適合體內熱氣引起,有大便乾結、水腫症狀者食用。所以我哋呢晚一家大細,決定同老爸嚟食片皮鴨啦!呢間位於新城市廣場8樓嘅北京樓,似乎喺沙田開業十多年,但我哋都係第一次幫襯。主要原因呢間走中高檔路線,價錢絕對唔算大眾化。但係難得老爸想食片皮鴨,所以就算貴都嚟幫襯吓啦!我哋6點半就到咗,嚟到後見有好多吉枱,侍應就送上兩壼茶水。未幾,開始人多,侍應已忙不過來。而我哋舉手想點餐亦都冇乜人理。等咗好耐,終於有人理吓我哋啦😂點餐冇幾耐,先嚟咗個瑤柱蛋白炒飯,都幾好食。米飯粒粒分明,咸淡適宜。唔住就嚟咗個金銀蛋莧菜,都係不過不失,同普通茶樓質素一樣。跟住就嚟咗個豉汁蒸白鱔,鱔球一共八舊,每一舊都索價$30幾,好貴哦!真係要嗒真啲了!鱔球冇泥味,肉質爽口彈牙,都幾新鮮嘅!跟住就係是晚嘅主角出場喇!薄餅皮下面有個小爐慶住,不過一陣就熄滅,要趁熱食喎!鴨皮充滿油潤光澤,包住京葱和青瓜絲,再加海鮮醬,一口一個,實在令人回味無窮呢!我哋每人都可以食到

薄餅皮下面有個小爐慶住,不過一陣就熄滅,要趁熱食喎!鴨皮充滿油潤光澤,包住京葱和青瓜絲,再加海鮮醬,一口一個,實在令人回味無窮呢!我哋每人都可以食到至少三個!

最後上嘅係松子黃魚,見到好多枱都有點!原條黃魚炸到脆卜卜,裡面的魚肉白雪雪,熱辣辣,就係外脆內嫩嘅組合。再配合酸甜醬汁,真係好開胃呢!不過呢個菜式連加一已將近$300,貴貴呢!

意猶未盡,仲要整多個高力香蕉同豆沙鍋餅,為呢頓父親節飯畫上完美嘅句號。大家食到飽飽,老爸笑得開懷,再貴都係值得的!
