To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今年提早食團年飯,伯娘請去稻香食。佢叫了皇席宴,十二人份。環境好迫,枱貼枱。1. 燒味拼盤都係例牌嗰d野啦。海蜇、叉燒、油雞、乳豬。不過不失啦。2. 碧綠炒雙蚌份量足,大大碟。脆肉瓜炒珊蝴蚌同貴妃蚌。脆肉瓜爽口,珊蝴蚌爽口,貴妃蚌都唔錯,唔會韌。3. 沙拉淡水龍蝦球幾新穎嘅煮法。將龍蝦肉拆出黎,無需剝榖,方便易食。啖啖肉,肉質爽口彈牙。沙拉醬包住每粒龍蝦。如果鍾意食沙律醬嘅人就會鍾意食。4. 杏香花枝丸花枝丸不是太彈牙。外層用杏仁片包住,再去炸。炸得比較乾身,外層有點韌。5. 紅燒雞絲翅呢個真係杰到好似bb糊仔咁!生粉下得太多,以致質地大杰。料又不多,有d肉絲同碎翅。但杰度實在令人吃驚。6. 清蒸大海斑火候掌握得宜,海斑剛熟。肉質仍保持嫩滑,多肉,味鮮。7. 海參扣厚菇:我無試8. 脆皮雞雞肉嫩滑,皮很脆。但隻雞size細咗少少,如果大d就更加好。9. 糯米飯炒得好乾身。米飯粒粒分明,但d飯仲好硬。炒得幾香口,臘味份量適中,亦不會太肥膩。10. 壽包大大個,麵粉很白。餡料很多,一摵開,即見大量蓮蓉。蓮蓉雖多,但味道都不會太甜。整體味道不錯,菜式帶點創意。唯環境太逼。
