To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

大約一年前，我去沙田出席好姊妹個妹妹的婚禮！當時，設宴於沙田帝都酒店的 <帝玉庭>！卻是其音響及食物，未令賓客滿意！事隔好幾個月，酒樓大翻新，並改名為 <玉庭>！恰巧！有朋友相約到這間新中菜館食飯，供應潮粵菜式，好讓我們大飽口福！換上新裝，裝潢雅緻舒適！我們被安排到貴賓房，自成一角，私隱度高！而且，另一驚喜就是慶祝7月生日之星！我正是其中一位！其他三位是男士，最記得有位女生說，加埋我入去，成個畫面唔同哂！供應的美食多元化！三道豐味 (明爐蜜汁黑豚叉燒、江畔如月拍黃瓜、紫蘇蒜醋牛油果)明爐蜜汁黑豚叉燒肉厚鮮美，夾雜脂肪，零舍甘香！江畔如月拍黃瓜清爽開胃！令人打開味蕾！紫蘇蒜醋牛油果意想不到！蒜醋與牛油果出奇地夾！紫蘇蒜醋牛油果意想不到！養生黑蒜燉肉汁湯底味清少油，富蒜香而味不濃烈！令人容易接受！三蔥爆炒安格斯牛肉粒入口軟腍惹味又入味！芙蓉百花燕液滾龍珠燕窩拼花雕酒燉蛋白，剛剛夠味，很合胃口！燕窩鋪滿蝦球表面，蝦肉彈牙鮮味！內外兼備！香露頭抽爆炒大英鯧魚球外層金黃香脆！魚質結實鮮味，魚皮香口惹味，配上京蔥，帶出清香，別有一番風味！渚煙露華濃台山蟹砵甘
