To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 2022年7月22日，同媽媽去富臨食飯慶祝生日，有好多双寶組合選擇，問問部長點食至好，佢推介焗芝士阿拉斯加長腳蟹伊面底餐，$7xx，前後加埋6～7樣嘢食，睇落都ok～誰不知！！！不知所謂，長腳蟹得啲腳殼，應該係響非洲嚟，廋到皮包骨，結果只係食炸粉咁嘅感覺，姑老肉大雪味，浸菜苗好鞋，菜單寫住有一個名為健康甜品…結果原來係桂花糕，個餐包4x汽水，唔叫都唔拎比你……埋單時同部長講個餐好差，當你發翕瘋。最後仲要收茶位加一！！
