To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 1910入坐用自助落單，點了二人套餐，薑蔥霸王雞，啫啫肉碎通菜煲，兩個白飯兩個燉湯，有一個員工將其中一碟啫啫通菜煲和燉湯放到枱上，跟我說得一個湯你自己去取消，我回應她時已不作理會，她接著送餐到其他枱號，我等她再經過時再查詢，她依然不理會，問什麼都說不清楚，態度惡劣，前後問她四次，愈問愈走，最後只能付錢時再問收錢員工，食飯都想開心滿足，但這個食飯體驗實在不行了，是否應該叫員工落單再問清楚，什麼餐有沒有才點或選擇離開？員工不夠是理解的，但說話態度是否客氣呢？要吃小菜真是不建議在這裡吃，只可一不可再，啫啫通菜煲不跟外面的有蝦乾，底部會有水，燉湯裏的豬肉是臭，連帶湯都難入口，可惜沒有拍照，忙記有拍照share
