呢間西灣河小餐廳嘅老闆成日都鍾意搞搞新意思,今日去到又有新菜式,就係呢一款花尾躉魚片魚湯烏冬,佢啲花尾等魚片都幾大件。鍾意幫襯呢一間餐廳主要嘅原因就係佢哋嘅食材真係真材實料,你睇相入面嗰舊花尾等魚片就知道。其實佢呢一個新口味就係原本好受歡迎嘅鮮魚湯烏冬嘅變奏,魚湯同埋花尾等魚片都好正。配呢個蕃茄仔小食,都幾開胃。呢個烏冬連一個飲品,除咗平時一般嘅汽水之外,仲可以揀梳打水、tonic water同埋呢一款ginger ale。
