Info:

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日去咗葵芳約咗幾個老友，一起吹水食宵夜，當然除咗火鍋以外，還可以選擇食小炒送啤酒，也因為其中一位朋友住在附近，所以帶我們去了這間「震陞的食店」，一下門口便知道是主要做街坊的店內裏也沒有什麼漂亮豪華的裝修，全以街坊的佈局，但也總算叫做坐得舒服餐牌也很傳統小菜的安排也分別叫了三個不同的小菜麻辣班瑰，麻辣的味道剛好，入口能感覺到點點麻辣的感覺，肉也能保持鬆軟震陞小炒王，小炒就比較欠缺乾身，味道比較淡，幸好先有還算彈牙豉椒炒聖子，雖說是豉椒，也不要蓋過濃，導致蓋過聖子本身味道
