To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 星期六去飲茶, 同朋友及媽媽嚟左荃灣飲茶, 俾我地發現潮江春搬左去荃灣廣場啊. 媽媽話好想試下, 就去睇下多吾多人等位, 又唔算多喎, 要等十張枱, 但係出面的人一定冇十張枱咁多, 所以係度等,等了十五至二十分鐘左右就有位, 酒樓好細, 好迫啊, 我們有架BB車, 本來話出出面的一張, 但係仕應話那張較迫, 叫我地坐入少少果張, 其實睇嚟睇去都唔知有咩分別.有一碟前菜, 係青瓜咸菜花生菜甫粒, 都幾好味及幾開胃的.點心叫左春卷, 鳯爪, 糯米雞, 叉燒包,雞扎, 同埋叫左一碟蝦膏海鮮炒飯.  春卷係芋頭料的, 都幾香口, 脆的呀, 都唔係好細條, 漲卜卜的, 好味. 叉燒包係自己做的, 因為入面的叉燒多到爆開出嚟呀, 味道好味, 叉燒多, 唔肥及唔會好多醬, 包都好味呀, 夠軟身.糯米雞好少地方有得食, 幾大隻呀, 入面有多料, 燒肉, 肉碎,雞肉, 冬菇粒等, 味道都幾好, 糯米夠淋身,唔硬, 唔會好多醬的, 好味道.  雞扎唔係好大件, 有火腿及豆腐干包住, 仲有魚肚, 魚肚好味, 夠入味. 都OK呀. 鳯爪都好入味, 不過硬左少少啊.仲有一碟飯, 蝦膏味道唔會好重, 但好香, 炒

這裏的環境都佈置得好堂皇,服務及食物都好滿意.
