To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今年選了帶広食做節飯。在這個特別的日子裡，和家人一起享受了一頓豐盛的晚餐。餐廳內部設計溫馨舒適，座位寬敞。服務人員熱情友好，迅速為我們安排座位並提供了菜單。我們點了豚丼、鰻魚飯和吞拿魚魚蓉飯。豚丼的豬肉味道濃郁，口感豐富。鰻魚飯烤得恰到好處，配上特製醬汁。吞拿魚魚蓉飯則細膩嫩滑。另外也加配了帶子沙津，抵食。天婦羅, 要襯熱食。用餐期間，餐廳內洋溢著歡樂的氛圍，服務人員不時來關心我們的用餐體驗，讓我們感到賓至如歸。帶広はげ天的美食和周到的服務，讓我們的節日氛圍更加濃厚。
