To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

喺康怡太古搵食，真係愈來愈難，好多食肆都走高檔路線。原本想去食翔龍點知開唔到3年就關門大吉，明明生意不俗都要比業主趕走。見到呢間門口個餐牌幾吸引，又唔洗等位，即刻入去坐。揀左2個餐，1個跟沙律，1個跟湯。忌廉湯中規中矩，個包外貌普通，但好好食，外脆內軟，簡直想食多個。我仲諗住食完買返幾個走，但望下廚窗唔見有麵包售賣。芝士野菌雞肉扁意粉，焗得好香，個汁幾好味，但就好少雞肉。雞扒香草醬炒意粉，塊雞扒好大，個炒意粉好香，呢個套餐仲有飲品同甜品送。總括黎講，味道不俗，份量都算正常，環境都坐得好舒適，食滿150蚊仲有餐劵送返下次再食。
