To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 由佢喺廣華街開張到佢搬，我都從來未食過，因為佢以前間鋪太細，想食，唔等返粒幾兩粒鐘你都唔駛旨意食到，呢個等位時間對於我嚟講，唔係好乎合經濟原則，XDXD到佢搬咗，我都只係知佢去左大角咀，完全冇考究過佢喺大角咀邊度，不過，男友竟然有睇過佢搬咗去邊，因為唔知點解自從呢添好運開咗之後，旺角多咗好多呢啲點心食店，我地間唔中都會去食吓一盅兩件男友同我佢搬咗去奧海城，我地平時都係由旺角行去，因為其實都係10分鐘咁上下路程，行下當減肥點知，問題嚟喇，我地喺Openrice搵到，但係身處奧海城就完全搵唔到，行咗都一小段時間，先決定不如行出出面搵喇，點知真係俾我地喺天橋樓下搵到佢去到其實都唔係好多人等位，可能真係街坊先會知佢開咗喺呢個位，等咗大約20分鐘，就到我地~~一坐低，男友第一時間話要叫酥皮包，XDXDXD賽螃蟹春卷，呢個炸得好脆，不過唔知點解，好似同賽螃蟹唔係好夾~豉汁鳳爪，呢個更加唔會有咩特別蜜味叉燒腸，呢個腸粉粉漿好滑，好好味，豉油係甜嘅，唔會有一般酒樓食咁鹹，好有水準家鄉咸水角，炸得好脆，涵就唔會太多，外皮亦都唔會太栗，都唔錯酥皮焗叉燒包，呢個真係一絕，極級好味，不過，真係最好一嚟到就食晒
