To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

己幫襯十多年，今天終於被搵笨。以前也聽過很多投訴，不過因為貪就腳，從來不在意。今天心情本來很好，想吃崩沙牛腩，本來想去另外一家，因為本來就感覺這一家只能做最低要求的東西。但因為要買魚皮打邊爐，順便問了一個熟悉的女侍應，問得好淸楚，加錢可以提供崩沙牛腩。結果，切頭切尾一堆垃圾。因為女侍應行開咗，同另一個不認識的男侍應講，佢問我是否未幫襯過。最後，付了錢，垃圾沒有拿走。以後，永遠不再幫襯。
