得悉此酒家的上環分店重開,是夜特意與好友前來回味一下昔日懷舊的滋味~對比舊店,新店的環境佈置來得摩登亮麗,感覺上更是寬敞舒適連茗茶的選擇也有引入較有新意的白桃烏龍及荔枝紅茶等:)店員依舊親切招待,又會耐心介紹店內的招牌菜式~當晚點上了不少熱門菜,由前菜小炒至主食甜品均有盡嚐\⁠(⁠・⁠◡⁠・⁠)⁠/先有香口惹味的“特搜魷魚鬚”和清爽得來又富松露香氣的“松露手撕雞”打個頭陣~接下來是兩款必點的招牌菜:“百花釀蟹拑”和“風味釀蟹蓋”✧✧蟹拑大顆吸晴,外脆內彈;蟹蓋用料充足,每口均有絲絲蟹肉,鮮香味濃!!“窩貼大明蝦”同樣是不能遺漏的精選菜式,脆而不油的多士上蓋著原隻彈牙大蝦,光想已是回味~店內的湯品亦是驚喜之選,點上了杏汁豬肺和燉螺頭兩款口味:)兩者均由紫砂茶壺原壺呈上,用料十足,兩款同為真材實料,前者濃甜,後者清鮮,每口亦為食材的濃縮精華!!其後的“燒味雙拼”和“xo乾炒安格斯河粉”也發揮應有的水準,那皮脆肉嫩的燒腩仔和鑊氣十足的牛河均可成為下次encore項目吧xpp最後當然少不了甜品的環節~幸好一早預留了一客“招牌蓮蓉西米布甸”才可嚐到令人滿意的懷舊滋味,而友人也稱其“彩棉芒果布甸”

幸好一早預留了一客“招牌蓮蓉西米布甸”才可嚐到令人滿意的懷舊滋味,而友人也稱其“彩棉芒果布甸”香甜幼滑,為此晚劃上甜美的句點啊♡
