To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 滷肉帆立貝撈刀削烏冬之前吃過湯加的淮山麵幾好食, 所以今次又試下刀削烏冬.刀削烏冬比平常吃的普通烏冬硬身, 有些扁扁的容易夾起, 滷肉份量也不少, 可以撈曬成個烏冬, 帆立貝只是灼熟後加入. 成件事好住家咁, 只要有齊食材, 家中也可以煮到一樣效果.唔想食湯麵的話, 都可以一試撈烏冬, 但我都係鍾情魚湯多些.

之前吃過湯加的淮山麵幾好食, 所以今次又試下刀削烏冬.

刀削烏冬比平常吃的普通烏冬硬身, 有些扁扁的容易夾起, 滷肉份量也不少, 可以撈曬成個烏冬, 帆立貝只是灼熟後加入. 成件事好住家咁, 只要有齊食材, 家中也可以煮到一樣效果.

唔想食湯麵的話, 都可以一試撈烏冬, 但我都係鍾情魚湯多些.
