To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

(1) 潮式拼盤 (小) 很早滷水鵝片已經售罄。只能向滷水拼盤入手，一嚐有骨鵝肉。 (2) 椒鹽九肚魚 油爆生蒜、炸蒜，以及辣椒，再加入九肚魚和椒鹽粉輕炒。 (3) 椒鹽墨魚嘴 墨魚嘴沒有帶腥，內裡類似牙齒的硬膜亦去蕪存菁，配上喼汁是一絕的襯托。 (4) 炸豬大腸 豬大腸經裁切成為整齊的長方條狀。落鑊炸起後風乾，效果外層酥脆。同樣地，配上酸甜汁更為開胃。 (5) 蜂蜜梳打水 有少許話梅肉，加入蜂蜜的梳打水。味道酸酸甜甜，解渴解膩。 整體而言，炸物處理手法已經達到爐火純青的境地。若不打算佐酒，自家調製的蜂蜜梳打水或檸檬薏米水亦相當不俗。
