餐廳主打係佢哋嘅dough, 用咗emmer, 從他們的網站節錄:「我們由Emmer這二粒小麥出發,將這種源於古代的有機穀麥與黑麥及上乘的意大利麵粉混合。這些用人手篩選的穀物,麩質成分較低,而且蘊含更多營養,如抗氧化物、維他命及礦物質。」所以我這餐主力點他們用dough 造嘅食物。Pizza 好味👍🏻,我哋叫咗Margherita pizza,加咗anchovies, 變成Neapolitan 😄Garlic Truffle Dough Stick 嘅蒜蓉味蓋過晒啲truffle 味,同埋好多油。Mac & Cheese 用咗三種芝士:parmesan, fontina and pecorino。其中pecorino 羅馬羊奶芝士嘅味道最出,鍾意羊奶芝士嘅朋友就最啱。Salmon salad 好味,capers 帶出了鮮味。
