To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

同屋企人食，食到一肚氣，又唔知佢點處理啲餸叫左碟炒通菜，食左一邊，外面熱，入面冰凍，我成啖嘔心比lur返出嚟，叫屋企人咪再食，唔知佢點處理啲食物🤮個老闆娘過嚟”了解”，第一句問我哋兜菜黎左幾耐，個下已經知道佢想導向我哋答”好耐”，但個刻我就諗住認真答所以有認真諗點知我都未答，個老闆娘自己話: 「我都相信黎左好耐」🙄🙄屋企人即刻好嬲好嬲話呀佢咁講咩意思，完全唔聽我哋意見，兩隻耳仔聽住，個老闆娘重要死口唔認自己講過佢相信黎左好似🙄之後同佢理論，全程話係風口問題。喂大佬，你碟野外熱內冷，點會係風口？重要係冰凍，唔係凉🤮佢重要問我係咪100% sure唔關風口，我都好有信心話我100% sure我同你反晒，你第一件事係話我有問題，而唔係正視。大佬，我同你講我直情擔心你食物安全呀💀如果唔係佢隔離間泰國餐廳多人等，我都唔會入嚟食
