To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 那天本來係想深入大埔超級城裡試試新派泰菜,想不到過兩點後已不做餐牌上的食物,只可叫hightea set或散叫甜品,當然非常失望,不過既然一場黎到,甜品也繼續要試,而午餐便決定食鄰店的家傳滬曉吧。兩點多到來,已開始下午茶時間,我們被安排坐在近玻璃位,能看到外面的雨景,感覺心情特別能放鬆。餐牌上的選擇很多,一個小食配一個擔擔麵都只是$5x,近來愛上擔擔麵的小妹很快便已選好,兩位友人也同樣選擇了它。.友人所選的小吃分別係雞絲粉皮及烤夫,前者麻醬味濃,粉皮幼身尚算滑,只是份量認真少; 烤夫吃落質感像麵筋般,吸收了老抽的味道,食落帶點甜甜的,頗不錯。.小妹叫的小辣擔擔麵,用上至愛的幼麵身,裡頭讓放了一些櫻花蝦仔吊味。先呷一口湯,麻醬味道不夠濃郁,聞起來滿香,食落就是一般般。.跟上的炸炸至金黃色好像頗不錯嘛。不過食落肉質較乾身和韌,還是放棄吧,光吃擔擔麵比較好。看來是我選錯小吃呢。
