To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 車媽媽好幸運得到蟹鉗位置,蟹肉鮮甜又多汁,真的滋味無窮,而陳村粉索盡雞油花雕的味道,本來應係好出色的,但我覺得花雕嘅散發時間可以久一點,對我嚟講就應該更加出色了。

這夜驚喜不止於大紅花蟹,呢一隻{胡椒滷水鵝}係我全晚最喜歡的一道菜,幽香刺激的胡椒香氣,清而不俗的白滷水汁,浸出這隻七斤重的滷水鵝,出嚟味道鮮香,肉質嫩滑不油膩,真係十分之出色的一道菜😋。
