To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

擬似不潔食具事件

貪就腳成日去食, 但就唔係好乾淨。試過幾次SUSHI上面有黑點頭髮等, 仲有試過食到擬似變壞魚生。不過大家放心, 你同WAITER講, 佢地會換過俾你。今次真係忍唔到, 個杯一飲先聞到成大陣擬似口水味, 我以為錯覺, 但友人都聞到有異味, 唔理係咪真係有味, 點解佢地隻隻杯都係崩既。
