🍁天氣漸漸轉涼,入秋食咩好啊?梗係打邊爐啦。好鍾意椰子味嘅樹熊成日嚷着要食椰子雞煲,熊妹就揀咗間出名嘅椰子雞煲同佢試吓啦!《滾爺火鍋》係旺角上海街已經有一段時間,原來係尖沙咀開左分店,油尖旺區簡直係火鍋密集地!開分店的選址唔錯喎!📌一般嘅火鍋配料都有,海鮮、牛肉、丸餃滑類、蔬菜配料乜都有,仲有炸物小食,打邊爐之餘仲有小食,真係會卡路里爆煲💥!📌除了最出名的椰子雞煲外,還有麻辣雞煲、藥膳花雕醉雞煲、麻辣龍蝦鍋等等,每款都岩口味,不過今日第一次黎棒場,當然試下招牌菜椰子雞煲先!招牌椰子雞煲(半隻雞),$248兩大個印有「滾爺」招牌的椰青加兩個椰皇,望落都好夠份量。店員會先倒入椰青水,再加埋椰子片同馬碲等當湯煲材料,以椰青水做湯底而不額外加任何一點水,滾得愈耐就愈出椰子味,湯底夠哂清甜潤候,岩哂秋天打邊爐!半隻雞,雞脾、雞翼、雞胸位全部有,清甜的椰子水滲入雞肉入面,大火煲滾的雞肉口感嫩滑再帶點清甜味,比起平時打邊爐用的濃味湯底清新好多,無咁油膩,所以連湯都可以飲埋,當飲熱椰青水咁。兩口子可以好快清哂半隻雞,難怪椰子雞煲出名到做招牌菜。手打鮮蝦雲吞(4粒),$44 樹熊鐘意食雲吞,雲吞配清湯打

熊妹一定要食蔬菜,蔬菜都有好多種類,叫個蔬菜跟菇拼盤就最好不過。蔬菜有油麥菜、娃娃菜、金菇、香菇、雞髀菇同埋粟米,菇同菜都好新鮮,洗得好乾淨,清甜嘅椰子水煲新鮮嘅蔬菜原來會更出蔬菜嘅甜味,用椰子水打邊爐呢個配搭真係好唔錯!
