餐廳位於尖沙咀天文台道附近,地舖門面樸實,沿樓梯落到下一層就別有洞天,每枱都附有一部電視機可以隨意轉台,睇波追劇都滿足到,不過最重要嘅係主打嘅椰子雞煲,即刻睇下有幾好食!🌕招牌椰子雞鍋(半隻雞) $248大推‼️招牌椰子雞煲完全不加一滴水,湯水非常清潤香甜,絕對係食過返尋味❗️雞煲嘅湯汁全部來自椰皇同椰青內嘅椰子水,加埋半隻文昌雞同椰子肉、馬蹄等放入鍋內,開火煮至大滾後再熄火焗五分鐘即可食用。雞肉嫩滑多汁,而且帶有甜味,食曬全部雞肉都唔會覺得膩;湯水由兩個椰子一個椰皇煲製而成,味道有幾香甜可想而知,幾時飲都係咁係無得彈,秋冬天飲就更加滋潤!🌖新鮮第一刀(新鮮豬肉片) $178豬肉片完全無豬羶味,薄薄一片只要輕灼幾秒就食得,肉質都幾嫩,而且唔肥膩,如果可以有得揀半份,食多啲其他野就更好。🌖手打四寶丸 $88四寶丸分別由蝦滑、墨魚滑、鯪魚滑、牛滑制成,個人比較推薦前三者,用料實在入口彈牙,牛滑感覺就較為鬆散,偏向似山竹牛肉嘅口感,有喜好嘅可以唔叫拼盤直接叫單品,但如果人少嘅話拼盤都係不錯嘅選擇。🌖手包鮮蝦雲吞4粒 $44雲吞可選八粒或者四粒,size 都幾大,餡料嘅蝦肉份量唔少,不過雲吞皮就較厚,可以厚啲先可以包得住咁多料😂。🌖皇帝菜 $38皇帝菜唔會太老,就算菜莖部份都唔會有渣。

🥥成日聽人講上深圳食椰子雞煲,搞到我一直都好想試,但又冇時間上深圳~今次喺尖沙咀見到原來有椰子雞煲專門店,就即管試吓!嗌咗一個招牌椰子雞煲,加咗龍口粉絲,爽口手打鮮蝦滑,同埋手打四寶丸。椰子雞煲本身包咗兩個椰皇同兩個椰青,加入珍珠馬蹄同椰子片,直接同半隻文昌雞一齊煮,一滴水都冇加😋令到湯底好鮮甜。食晒啲雞之後,我哋就加入蝦滑同埋四寶丸,仲有龍口粉絲再煮,充分吸收湯底精華,總括而言係一個唔錯嘅體驗!餐廳仲有得包場,比一班朋友唱K,有興趣嘅朋友可以參考吓,注意 唔同房間係設有唔同嘅最低消費🥰
