To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

對於鄉下人來說，好日都不出港島的我，今天難得逛到附近，不想去每區都有的食肆，就去下小店喇~~餐廳的對面馬路望去，未到一點已等位。無他的，話明小店，就梗係細架喇，舖租平咩～枱不夠10張，凳就逼逼地坐到20個，午餐時間請將就搭枱。之前已在此看過餐牌，不難想像，一定是芝士吸引我的。坐下很快的看餐牌，目標已鎖定-芝士焗雞肉雜菇，粉類可以由千層麵轉做至愛的長通粉(小店稱為尖通粉)，加送熱飲都只須8塊錢。食物上桌，焗盤很熱，表面看到濃郁的醬汁與芝士，慢慢的拌勻，芝士味其實不太重，與長通粉及配料拌勻後，醬汁與食物份量剛剛好，不會太淡，亦不會過濃。吃得非常開心。結賬不過70塊樓下，這種食物水平與價格，以小店來說，不俗的了。試想想，港島區喎~
