To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 石硤尾新開既社企,九龍灣之前都有鋪頭做開既。餐廳用快餐點形式先買飛,取餐再攞位,餐點都係簡單家庭菜式,門口亦有蛋捲可以買走。夜晚黎到得兩餸/三餸飯揀,響門口櫃台淨係揀左要兩餸或者三餸就可以比錢,之後行去姐姐到揀餸。今次揀左櫻花蝦蒸肉餅,蕃茄煮蛋同翠玉瓜炒雞柳。櫻花蝦蒸肉餅稍為咸左小小,不過櫻花蝦就好足料,成塊肉餅都係。翠玉瓜雞柳炒得幾香,好有屋企既味道。蕃茄煮蛋就偏甜,不過我鐘意甜甜地既所以加分👍。如果經過石硤尾既話不仿黎幫襯下,野食經濟又可以幫助社企,食都食得開心D!
