To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

收工想食泰國菜，去九龍城的確比較就腳，一出港鐵站就見到呢間《小曼谷泰國美食 》餐廳，收店時間重去到凌晨一點添，慢慢食都唔怕啦👍🏻👍🏻！🐟蒸烏頭魚 $228以明爐直接上檯，即煮即食無魚腥味之餘，再加入香檸生蒜，少少辣特別惹味👍🏻！🦐泰式生蝦刺身 $128肉質厚實又夠新鮮，沾上特製醬汁，食泰國菜必點😋！🍲泰式煲仔翅 $108即點即煮，滾住放上枱😋材料十足之餘，味道的確好鮮甜，湯底用上湯熬製，連埋爽口嘅芽菜和芫茜一齊食 ，好好味✨！🦑泰式海鮮炒飯 $118海鮮有蝦、魷魚和帶子，份量都唔少👍🏻再加入提子乾、菠蘿和肉鬆，甜甜酸酸特別開胃😋！
