鳥魂,我已經第三次食了,今次收工自己去,一個人食串燒,飲啤酒,正到暈今次試下散叫,唔叫廚師發辦,都係叫左杯黑白啤兩溝先$68,再叫左無骨手羽、半熟雞肝、雞皮、味噌燒虎蝦、雞皮包黑松露墨魚滑、雞頸肉、再加多串雞肝、鮑魚肝醬燒南非鮑飲左兩杯啤,真係好正,睇住師傅慢慢燒,我撳下電話,飲下啤酒,環境又靜,咁先七百幾蚊,咁嘅質素,抵俾啦~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~黑白啤兩溝$68,飲完疲勞盡消無骨手羽$45 燒到啱啱好,唔乾,香到吖半熟雞肝$45 入口半化,仲有少少咬口,肝香味正到暈,要追加多串雞皮黑松露墨魚滑$45 外脆內彈牙,睇熱呀味噌燒虎蝦$138 蝦大大隻,燒到啱啱好,味噌個味冇搶到蝦本身嘅鮮味,蝦彈牙,推雞頸肉$38 ,肉係彈嘅,香到不行,最難得係雞味好濃鮑魚肝醬燒南非鮑$138 彈牙、鮑味濃、醬香
