To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

收早，獎勵自己的美味晚餐

今日突然間收早，所以要買外賣回家自私食。因為唔想自己一個係外面用餐又尷尬（個人覺得）又怕俾情侶間閃爆自己，於是不停上網睇下，有咩新店開張：試吓新野又獎勵一下自己，我之前食過間鵝片五花腩飯好很好食，但最近差咗好多，見呢間新野就試下啦。佢只做外賣既，我今次試佐佢地鵝片牛面反。嘩，牛面珠肉耶。正點。牛面就係因為佢無太多脂肪，岩我地呢啲女仔。又唔會太鞋口，鵝片一樣出氣，入味，但唔會食兩件就好（流）唔想再食。加上，我配埋佢地自稱勁好飲既奶茶。果真，我一試就愛上了。我下次會再黎，可能因為佢地既奶茶。仲有，佢地既湯足料並係媽媽既味度。唔係味精湯黎架。
