開張頭2日去咗幫襯食下午茶,埋去收銀俾錢,咁啱有家人喺度睇住餐牌又諗又點單,點咗好耐都未點完,我叫個收銀收咗錢先,佢仲答我:人哋點完餐先,等吓啦!跟住我鬧佢:等到幾時?冇理由叫個客人喺度等埋單㗎喎!於是我好嬲立即拎張$100出嚟,叫佢即刻找返錢俾我先再慢慢搞啦!正常做法,係叫點餐嘅人企埋一邊諗好先埋去收銀處落單,而唔係阻住個收銀位,叫俾錢/落單叫嘅客人喺度一直等!呢啲服務態度,好難令我再去下次!韓樂好好培訓吓啲員工,連最基本客服都唔識應對,將來執笠都係班員工累事!
