To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 預約時已經付了套餐的錢，埋單時照收足整張單價錢。餐廳沒有即時糾正問題，而是埋單後一個小時才去通知話收多了錢。重新回到餐廳，搞了一段時間把舊單取消及簽新單。費了這麼多功夫，經理給了幾張500-100 的消費券，有點搞笑🙄。味道及環境還可以，可是沒有美味到要再重新光臨餐廳的水平。餐廳價錢其實並不便宜，同樣的價錢在銅鑼灣可以有其他選擇，所以消費券對我來說有點雞肋。這次探店過程從坐下來到食完都挺好的，直到收錯錢及補償的方法有點搞笑，對餐廳的印象減分。
