Restaurant: La Parole

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 上環柏廷坊尚善,是家社企,亦我很喜歡的日本料理店!支持社企!上次吃尚善,發現柏廷坊3樓法國菜,也是家社企,準備來試試。點了 set lunch,包括以下的:#餐前麵包:有2款,1個軟、1個脆,我喜歡軟包。#黑松露忌廉湯:喝西湯,我喜歡濃湯,這個黑松露夠濃,好味!#香煎安格斯肉眼牛扒:我吃不慣太生的牛扒,點了medium well,肉有點柴!#菠蘿椰子奶凍:味道挺好的!但奶凍不夠滑!#凍檸檬茶:少冰少甜,好喝!一心來支持社企,卻感受到濃濃的敵意!原因:我更改booking,而且不只1次!該店女經理(看服裝判斷),對我非常不滿!據她掌握的資料,我改過4、5次!(我經Open Rice訂座,亦是經Open Rice更改booking)1) 入座安排:※和我同電梯的先生,女經理跟他確認booking後,會領他入座;※接着,女經理跟我確認booking,她就走開3、4步,我以為我沒講清楚,再講1次,女經理面黑黑的指了指水吧前的餐枱。2) 點餐※我左邊和右邊枱,都是女經理負責落單,還很耐心介紹菜品;※我等了約10分鐘,才有位男店員幫我落單。3) 訓話※等我點好餐,女經理走近,同我講:妳改咗咁多次,

※她繼續講:其實妳1個人,唔駛book,決定邊日嚟就直接嚟,唔駛改嚟改去!中午1個位,實有!

女經理對我很不滿!
不敢再來!!
