To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 最近天氣開始轉到炎夏,好鍾意同陽光玩遊戲,入長洲慢活一下,另外當然要食下長洲美食呢間小店主打串燒,仲有好多特色小食,先嚟個薯格小食,炸到金黃色夠哂香口,上面仲有惹味調味粉呢款蜜燒鹹蛋黃臘腸餅真係必食推介之一,滿滿香甜蜜汁嘅臘腸餅燒到剛好,超邪惡鹹蛋黃好甘香,仲有蛋黃油滲喺臘腸到真係好好食鍾意食海鮮呢到都有汁燒大元貝及白酒煮海蜆,前者元貝新鮮甜美,汁燒加上香蔥辣椒更惹味而海蜆都厚肉無沙又鮮甜,用白酒煮多一份酒香另外串串金蠔生曬真係好甘香,仲用上桂花蜜醃漬,金蠔味好出又有淡淡桂花香最後呢個冷食稻庭烏冬好啱夏天食,而醬汁用咁我最鍾意嘅濃郁香甜胡麻醬,每條烏冬都掛到汁,好滿足
