To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

要清假所以請左下午，我特地約左舊同事係尖沙咀食午餐。午市套餐有六款選擇，我地揀左海鮮紅花意大利飯同烤燒紐西蘭肉眼扒(6安士)跟薯菜。是日餐湯係番茄湯，食到番茄既新鮮酸味。燒牛肉沙律伴日式洋蔥汁既燒牛肉好大塊。我地各加左$10要餐包，中間個款好軟熟最好食。海鮮紅花意大利飯好足料，夠飽肚，好食。烤燒紐西蘭肉眼扒(6安士)跟薯菜要左五成熟，肉質唔韌，唔錯。午市套餐包左甜品，今日係芝士蛋糕，芝士味好濃。另外再叫多個法式橙酒煮班戟，班戟好軟熟，配埋雲尼拿雪糕好正。我加左$20要400次美綠波波，舊同事加$20飲宇治抹茶紅豆沙。
