To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 好耐冇去過坪洲,今日同朋友去行山,想搵地方食下午茶,點知四周圍都爆曬,仲排長龍,突然間醒起落船嗰陣見到個招牌,就行返出去碼頭,再行前多少少近海邊就見到間餐廳,入到去餐廳裏頭,裏面都好寬敞,唔似得香港嘅餐廳咁迫,見outdoor都有位,但係行完山真係太熱啦,所以我哋坐入面。睇個特飲餐牌,天時暑熱最好就係飲啲冰凍嘅嘢,所以我揀咗抹茶鮮奶,都幾好飲,上面啲奶泡好滑好輕,紅豆都好足料。👍🏻👍🏻食物有好多選擇,仲有雲吞麵食,但係天氣太熱唔想食湯麵,隨便嗌左啲小食,不過真係好驚喜,個炸雲吞真係好特別,首先佢既形狀唔係圓形🤣,然後佢哋用咗個好西式既兜兜既裝住,好搞鬼,個女侍應話呢個一定要試,係老細自己包,食落去落去個味都好好吸引。可能因為呢度位置唔就腳,所以大家都錯過咗海邊呢間隱世餐廳,如果有機會再嚟坪洲,我都會試吓呢間既其他野。

睇個特飲餐牌,天時暑熱最好就係飲啲冰凍嘅嘢,所以我揀咗抹茶鮮奶,都幾好飲,上面啲奶泡好滑好輕,紅豆都好足料。👍🏻👍🏻
