To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

☀️今日放假，訓左晏覺，起身就要揾野食。家姐問：食咩好？我話：吾好諗了，就食🍜譚仔 🍜啦😄😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂平時一黎親譚仔，就系食果幾樣架啦！連Menu 都吾洗睇，我就直接order左 雞肉10小辣🍜 我家姐就order 酸菜麻辣酸辣 10小辣🍜再加 蒜泥白肉、土匪雞翼🍜雞肉10小辣🍜雖然我淨系叫左一個餸，但都系大大碗，見到都開心😃湯底： 有韮菜、芽菜、腐竹，勁多芽菜，超中意👍🏻 呢個酸辣，比較偏向辣味，酸味較淡。 我中意d雞肉切到甘細，食起身既感覺吾似食緊雞肉，但系就系中意😂 夾雜d芽菜一齊食，好有咬口👍🏻🍜酸菜麻辣麵🍜平時中意同家姐交換餸食😝 我都食左d酸菜，吾鹹，酸得岩岩好，都幾爽口既～🍗蒜泥白肉🍗睇落去，的確見到d肥膏隔住d肉，可能因為佢夠薄，加埋蒜泥、麻辣油，混埋一齊，d肉吸曬麻油，蒜泥，一啖擺落口，口感一流，蒜泥散發陣陣香味，完全吾覺有肥肉系度👍🏻（但食完有口氣，一定要準備好香口珠😂）🍗土匪雞翼🍗燒雞翼，有成十粒芝麻同辣椒粉系面，聞落去以辣椒味以主，咬落去，夠乾身，吾錯！最後，如果諗吾到食咩，譚仔都系個吾錯既選擇😋
