臨近年尾,放假mode 開始啟動,一於去居酒屋大吃大喝一番!今天去的是位於銅鑼灣的鳥居,自從有一次朋友帶我過來,我就間唔中都會過來輕鬆飲下酒同友人聚一聚!餐廳入面有個推薦菜式餐牌,大部分都好值得一試!頭盤先點個蟹肉芝麻菠菜,菠菜處理得很好,沒有鞋口感!芝麻醬清新,好好的開胃菜!上居酒屋一定要點酒,我們一行3人點了不少清酒,有些果味較濃,有些米味較濃郁,配搭海鮮/肉類都有不同口感!海鮮一定要點帆立貝,帆立貝很大隻,切開夠2個人分享,上面的沙律醬燒得微焦好好味!日本海鮮鮮甜到不得了秋刀剛好是當造期,這款秋刀內臟都可唔可以進食,入口微甘但完全不會苦,輕用鹽調味已經好鮮味!虎蝦同樣一隻夠2人食,肉質超級彈牙,厚實但嫩口!肉方面必點厚切牛舌,牛舌切得好厚,肉汁極多,鳥居燒串燒的功力果然出色!月見雞肉串,免治雞肉本身都好嫩滑,調味惹味,沾上蛋漿口感滑溜!松露雞肉串上面鋪滿海苔及松露,每一口都吃到滿滿松露,極香!鹽燒雞翼調味簡單,吃的是原味,雞翼沒有雪藏味,肉質燒得保持鮮嫩!幾乎每間居酒屋都有屬於自己店的玉子燒,今天點明太子玉子燒,玉子看似簡單,其實好考功夫,蛋漿偏甜一點,剛好中和餣製的明太子!入口
