To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

放學後的晚餐

今天放工後急急去上課，沒吃一點東西。晚上九點半左右放學後去食野，同學仔建議去食譚仔，二話不說就GO了。百食不厭的墨魚丸3小辣鋪滿芽菜、韮菜，滿滿的弓碗米線，湯底味道一致，令人上癮，正！真係食過番尋味！同學仔都話譚仔米線會食完會再食，食完再繼續想再光顧的《味》力。仲俾我地見到有這個巴蜀爽脆生腸做推廣，點知太夜關係賣晒了，可惜，即是又俾左個機會我食多次。下次試下叫米線叫小辣～～

 百食不厭的墨魚丸3小辣

鋪滿芽菜、韮菜，滿滿的弓碗米線，湯底味道一致，令人上癮，正！真係食過番尋味！同學仔都話譚仔米線會食完會再食，食完再繼續想再光顧的《味》力。
