To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

食過好多好多間放題，大喜屋系列都試過晒，但食過殿大喜屋之後就返唔到轉頭，每次遇到返工辛苦都一定會想食餐好，食餐好就一定諗起殿大喜屋，work hard eat hard！😂食物水準一直保持高水平，玻璃豆腐肚嘅朋友食完都無出現肚痾情況，即代表殿大喜屋食物質素高、新鮮、乾淨！因為已經試過多次喺其他放題食完之後，朋友一出門口就肚痛⋯要立即搭的士返屋企😆另外上菜速度快，無出現漏單情況，職員服務好！星期一至四價錢比星期五至日平，但唔會因為平咗而質素下降，可能係不時不食嘅原因，食物款式會不定時更新。
