To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

蒲燒鰻魚— 🐟鰻魚同樣都係真材實料,見到橫切面呈現口齒嘅狀態,🐟就知道呢條鰻魚有幾新鮮同埋肥美,一條鰻魚主要分咗兩個部份,🐟上面嗰層係肉質酥軟嘅鰻魚肉,至於下層就係膠質豐富彈性充足嘅魚皮,🐟好似嘅蒲燒鰻魚就可以將兩者做到最平衡🐟

和牛薄燒— 🥩連和牛都可以食到真係夠享受,平時喺鐵板燒先會遇到嘅蒜片燒和牛,🥩而家喺殿大喜屋呢一度同樣享受同樣味道,和牛嘅油脂四溢,🥩燒到大約七成熟,亦都係非常好嘅熟度,加埋靈魂嘅薄蒜脆片,🥩簡直一試難忘🥩

相信最後甜品,亦都係另一個高潮位,🍨雪糕嘅款式都算幾多,但重點相信各位都放晒喺Häagen-Dazs同埋Movenpick身上,🍨Häagen-Dazs就係朱古力味,香濃嘅朱古力再配上朱古力脆片,雙重濃郁,雙重享受。🍨另外Movenpick就係焦糖布甸嘅味道,濃郁嘅牛奶味,🍨再加上焦糖嘅點綴就係夠晒法式嘅滋味,而雪條亦都有唔少市面上罕見嘅選擇,例如Bulla 朱古力脆外層嘅雪條裏面就有雲呢拿味或者朱古力味。 🍨三款大牌子絕對擊中每個人嘅歡心🍨
