冷峰嚟喇!冷峰嚟喇!卒之有啲寒意,既然咁凍,食火鍋就正晒啦,都好耐無食過雞煲,一於食個暖笠笠嘅雞煲迎冷冬。選址新開無耐位處大角咀洋松街嘅「食雞」,順路過埋隔離嘅大角咀市政大廈拍卡,搭地鐵慳番兩雞,哈哈。大角咀不斷轉變,近年更陸續有啲新樓落成,不過,洋松街呢一截相對都喺比較靜,而門面光猛嘅「食雞」就顯得明亮。亦有唔少食肆睇準呢啲二線社區嘅轉變,趁租金未喺咁瘋癲,想嚐試搶灘一下。嚟得早,所以都未有客人入座,而餐廳地方都頗大,樓底又高,裝修無咩花巧,簡約平實,枱櫈都排得較為闊落,故此予人感覺寛敝。以往食過幾次雞煲,因為都喺以賣質素嘅關係,都喺以散點形式,但「食雞」就唔同,以任食嘅形式。$258 + 10%一位,除雞煲,仲有多款配料任食,飲品任飲。而新開張關係,仲有6送1優惠,但就要齊腳覺先享用到,對小眾嘅客戶群就唔吸引。唯最正喺以「放題」形式嚟講,而無限時吖嘛,可以輕鬆慢慢食,唔使趕。先講個秘製雞煲,可以自行選擇雞煲風格,辣度、芫荽、洋蔥、大蔥嘅多寡都由自己話事。因應唔喺個個人都喜歡花椒呢椒嘢,入口會有種麻麻哋麻痹嘅感覺,所以,店主刻意另上,更用個小石樁嚟俾客人玩吓。引入雞煲已經多年喇,相信

我哋嘅雞煲卒之登場,雖然已經叫做煮好晒,但趁未再熱番先影張靚相,而雞煲嘅份量確喺唔嘢少。加上煲面鋪滿芫荽、洋蔥……,熱力逼出香氣。

滾起搞勻就食得,睇見到流口水,先試幾口,由於我哋要少辣,辣度輕微,店主亦話少辣啱大多數人。而啲雞仲喺好嫩身,極之入味,味道香濃有層次,唔敢講話喺咪全城最好,但亦肯定喺有水準嘅出品。

食完個雞煲就輪到打邊爐,店長會幫你加入豬骨清湯,佢仲話個湯底熬咗廿個鐘,更喺真材實料,絕無添加。有個溫馨提示俾大家,雖然加咗豬骨清湯,但唔想越食越辣,呢刻最好撈起晒雞煲內嘅辣椒
,否則,食到尾個湯底變得幾辣吓。

既然喺任飲,都順便介紹吓有咩選擇,餐廳尾一大個雪櫃,擺滿多款飲品,一眼睇晒,都喺本地品牌居多。不過,之前睇個價錢牌,話啤酒類任飲需每位另加$20,我哋唔好啤酒,所以,唔知喺咪堅收,我諗店員有需要事前提一提啲客人,避免不必要誤會。

打邊爐又點可以無牛肉架,啲牛小排睇落質素相當唔錯,色澤紅潤,雪花紋分佈平均,輕灼十秒八秒已經可以放入口,肉嫩油香,又有肉味,果然喺高質素。

頂級魚丸、魚片頭

點菜紙介紹為「極級丸類五天王」,先試炸魚蛋及魚片頭,兩款都食得出喺靚料嚟,除入口口感爽彈之外,確喺有魚鮮味,唔喺食到一口粉嘅貨色。不過,題外話,款魚片頭唔見點菜紙有,想翻兜再點可以點樣呢?

食越南嘢時食扎肉就試得多,打邊爐則第一次,效果亦幾好喎,而且,扎肉內加咗少許馬蹄粒,感覺仲頗得意添;魚皮餃喺普通貨色,題外話,唔太鍾意打邊爐時啲白蘿蔔薄切,因為好易煮到腍晒、散晒,都喺鍾意角切多啲。

無問過喺咪自家製作,但估計都喺來貨,因為佢哋都無供應海鮮類食物,何來咁多魚皮。但質素都唔差喎,放湯浸一浸就食得,仲有啲脆口感之餘,吸引咗少少湯汁,添多分惹味。

同樣,店家無強調喺自家製嘅,即應該喺來貨,依家都有好多豆品鋪有賣響鈴,普遍嘅質素都唔差。簡單湯灼,輕輕一拖,響鈴吸咗少少湯汁,面層辣辣腍腍,內層仍有少少香香脆脆。

上文都提及過呢度肉類選項唔多,所以,另一款黑毛豬頸肉梗喺要試試啦,再加啲雲吞及鵪鶉蛋。好老實,鵪鶉蛋都喺貪得意點嚟食吓,唔會有咩太驚喜。

由於無時限,可以食吓,又抖吓傾吓偈,又再食吓。不知不覺,食到肚滿腸肥,呵呵!整體而言,個人認為肉類嘅選擇偏少,又欠缺海產類食品,定價亦唔算平,所以,小弟就覺得性價比一般。雖然,有6送1優惠,但算喺門檻高,未必惠及到大部份食客。
