To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

講起放題,不得不提起殿大喜屋系列🫶🏻 質素一向穩定,鵝肝同鮑魚系列比預期中好食!一向好受歡迎既拖羅都係任食😼✨法式紅酒藍莓鵝肝鵝肝油脂豐腴,油香突出,同時保留蘋果片同藍莓醬既香甜,香口之選!而且係凍食既,相對地冇咁膩。✨殿堂級鵝肝厚多士鵝肝有層薄薄酥脆嘅炸衣,相當「熱氣」,食落香口,不過食埋個多士就太飽啦🙂‍↔️✨鮑汁鮑魚撈一口花菇飯一心諗住試伏,但味道相當唔錯喎,尤其係醬汁香濃,下飯一流。鮑魚口感香軟,合格以上!-✨皇牌燒乳鴿王幾乎每台都必點既食物🙂‍↔️ 上枱時依然熱辣辣,鹹鹹香香,肉質軟嫩,一定要趁熱食!✨花雕醉鮑魚醬汁甜甜地,鮑魚好入味,如果本身同我一樣鍾意食鮑魚,應該都會覺得ok🤣-✨紫心香芋丸·芝麻雞翼炸物做得幾好,香脆熱辣辣,香芋丸依然係流心效果!✨赤貝·海赤蝦·甜蝦·拖羅·壽司刺身款式豐富,拖羅都係任食,整體新鮮,合理嘅質素!有好多唔同嘅壽司創意配搭,例如柚子胡椒和牛燒壽司,味道正常發揮,個人認為刺身比較出色!-✨海燕窩椰汁燉木瓜真係放喺木瓜裡面既甜品,不知不覺就食到尾聲。
