To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

當你咩都想食下既時候，就會簡放題，食完會感覺好滿足☺️刺身選擇都多，有必會出現既三文魚、帶子、希靈魚，仲有赤貝、象拔蚌、油甘魚，蝦有大赤蝦同甜蝦。油甘魚同三文魚好鮮甜。創意壽司松葉蟹膏手卷同牛油果軟殼蟹卷，兩款都唔錯，蟹膏配蟹肉😋 正黃金焗蠔蠔🦪幾肥美，再搭配佢層醬，好惹味。鮮蟹粥有蟹殼同蟹腳🦀好鮮甜，而且粥底好綿燒溫室甜菠蘿🍍食到差唔多既時候，必叫燒菠蘿黎解滯。又Juicy又夠甜。自助區都好多選擇，有幾款熱食，炸物，湯品，甜品，仲有凍海鮮。飲品區飲品選擇都好多，除左酒類、汽水、果汁類，仲有自家製冷泡茶。放題既好處就係，咩都可以食下過下癮😁😁
