To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

星期一約飯的好處是,較容易約到朋友而且餐廳唔會太多人。今晚只想輕鬆過一晚,喝口 Cocktail 聽下歌。 所以選擇了以清新的Romeo & Juliet $98 開場。微微的酸味襯托出真實的青瓜的清新感。簡單而真實,正如我做人的態度一樣。以青瓜皮圍繞著杯成為不花巧的裝飾,淡淡的香味來自Vanilla Rose Syrup, Lemon & Cucumber Juice, Basil Leaves以清雅的檸檬和青瓜味為主道,一杯無酒精飲品,用來配襯燒物應該相當不俗。記得我八月首次來SHACK時, 沒有吃過燒物,所以今晚要吃過夠本了。我們點了燒蕃薯、燒東菇、燒魚、燒雞、燒鱔等。 烤爐是專承從日本訂造, 以高溫快速轉熱,以至熱力更均勻分佈在食材上。加上廚師的功力,將食物的原味發揮得淋漓盡致。而我最欣賞的燒雞,則取自法國走地春雞,肉味不但香濃口感更是無比嫩滑。另外燒鱔也十分誘人,皮薄香脆肉夠嫩,烤得恰到好處,用來送酒一流。在云云酒吧的耀華街中,SHACK不愧是一粒新星,這裡不但是一個好HEA地方也是Gather 的聖地。
